Meet Veronica Bryant

I’m Veronica Bryant, a Kansas City-based fractional HR consultant partnering with hospitality and service-based businesses. I help owners and managers build stronger teams, navigate people challenges and put practical HR systems in place.

With more than 25 years in hospitality and over 15 years in progressive HR leadership, I understand how people decisions affect your day-to-day operation. My experience spans restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues, residential properties and multi-unit businesses.

Kansas City is home. After supporting hospitality operations across the country, I’m proud to serve the local businesses and community that helped shape me. My approach reflects the integrity, preparation and trusted guidance I learned from my father, Richard Bryant.

I founded Fountain People Solutions to make experienced HR leadership accessible to businesses that need senior expertise without a full-time HR Director. Today, I bring that same commitment through a personal consulting partnership built around your people and your priorities.
