Meet Veronica Bryant
Veronica Bryant is the Founder of Fountain People Solutions, a Kansas City-based Senior Human Resources consulting firm created specifically for hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, and service-based businesses.
A Kansas City native, Veronica’s roots are deeply connected to the community that helped shape her both personally and professionally. While her career has allowed her to support hospitality operations across the country, Kansas City has always been home. Through Fountain People Solutions, she is proud to bring her experience back to the community that built her by helping local restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues, hospitality groups, and growing service-based businesses strengthen their teams and build better workplaces.
Veronica’s passion for helping people and supporting businesses was shaped early in life by watching and working alongside her father, Richard Bryant. His example taught her the importance of integrity, professionalism, advocacy, preparation, and trusted guidance — values that continue to influence the way she approaches HR and serves her clients today.
With more than 25 years of hospitality experience and over 15 years in progressive Human Resources leadership, Veronica brings a unique, operations-focused
perspective to HR consulting. Her career has spanned frontline hospitality operations, management, and senior-level HR roles supporting restaurants, bars, hotels,
entertainment venues, residential properties, and multi-unit operations. This firsthand experience gives her a practical understanding of the challenges hospitality businesses face every day, from staffing and turnover to compliance, employee relations, manager support, and operational pressure.
Veronica founded Fountain People Solutions to meet a need she saw firsthand: many small and growing hospitality businesses need experienced HR leadership, but may not need — or be able to afford — a full-time HR Director. Through flexible, fractional, project-based, and ongoing support, she helps owners and operators strengthen their people practices, reduce risk, support managers, and create healthier, more successful
workplaces. Her approach is personal, hands-on, and built for the realities of hospitality. Rather than offering transactional HR advice from a distance, Veronica believes HR should be present where the work happens. She partners directly with owners, leaders, managers, and employees to understand the business, identify challenges, and provide practical solutions that support both the people and the operation.
